Our Story
Our strategic framework was developed by two rising high school seniors who saw firsthand how local businesses struggle to balance daily operations with community engagement. Inspired by one co-founder's hands-on experience helping a local business revamp its corporate social responsibility strategy to truly match its customers’ values, the team turned those insights into an award-winning model. This exact framework went on to earn 2nd Place in Hospitality & Tourism Operations Research at the DECA New Jersey State Conference, proving that Women Take Lead’s data-backed approach to community alignment is recognized at the highest state level.
