This organization was started by two young women who believe everyone deserves the same opportunities. No woman should be held back by circumstance or inequality. Yet, according to the 2019 State of Women-Owned Businesses Report, the average revenue for women-owned businesses was $142,900, compared to $474,900 for all privately held businesses. This gap shows how much work remains to be done. Our mission is to give women the power to rebuild their lives, access essential resources, and grow personally and professionally.
